Q. When is your next class?

 A. We teach classes Monday thru Saturdays, please call for Saturday availability.

 Q. What is the price of classes?

 A. We do not require prepayment for our classses. You pay upon arrival. Cost factors include: class size, on or off-site location, discounts and etc.

 Q. What is the time length for classes?

 A. We teach according to AHA Guidelines. Note: Class size is a factor.

 Q. What is instuctor to student ratio (class size)?

 A. We will teach 1:1 up to AHA limit for Instructors size.

 Q. When will my card be ready?

 A. Unfortunately, we no longer issue cards the day of class for individual student. Individual students cards are mailed within 48 to 72 hours after the course rosters are filed with American Heart Association. You will receive a Certificate of Completion the day of class completion with the c.e. hours listed.

If you are a corporate class, cards and C.E. certificates are issued the day or last day of the class with at least a 48 to 72 hour notice.
